Hello everybody!

I'm new here and i'm sorry if this is a wrong place for my question.

A friend of mine from Cyprus and I (eu resident but not living in Cyprus) are willing to swap our cars. What do you think is the best way to arrange the paperwork if the swap is done in Cyprus?

Any other opinions and points are welcomed!
